This new new search method also works with all existing search criteria in order to narrow your search to find exactly what you are looking for!

Each plan detail page will have the following information which is calculated by square footage. The calculations below are for house plan 348-00186

The Modification Process

America’s Best House Plans offers modification services for EVERY plan on our website! Have you found the plan that fits you and your families needs, but need some modifications to the plan to make it the dream home you always wanted? If you are interested in making modifications to one of our plans, please see the process below:

Find the plan that best fits your needs.
Select “Modify this plan” link on the plan detail page. This will take you to a form to be filled out with your explanation of the changes you would like. We also recommend marking up the floor plan and faxing the changes to us at 678-880-7113.
Once we have your modification request, we will speak with the designer and offer you a free quote to make these changes.
If you decide to move forward with the changes, then we will ask you to sign and return the quote to us. You will be charged in full for the modification fees and plan purchase upfront.
At this point, the designer is ready to start on your modifications.
Preliminary plans will be emailed to you for approval prior to home plans being shipped out.
You receive your customized plans drawn just for you!
